The main page of the program, where you could create a limited number of different sequences, and then use the sequences to build up a song, shown on next screen.

Here it is possible to create parts of music. The extraordinary thing with this is the possibility to add several MIDI-channels at the same time. By doing so, you could build up a small piece of a song, which could then be duplicated in the song mode of the sequencer shown on next screen. Changing this piece, would then affect all copies without additional work.

By creating a number of sequences shown above, you could combine these different sequences into a song, making it a very fast way of building a song.

The Amiga 500 could sample 8-bit sounds and play 4 sound channels in parallell. This was a good feature, when using it for drum samples. Four simultaneous sounds was mostly sufficient to make up a good drum beat. Since the sound was played 2 sounds in the left speaker and then two sounds in the right speaker, it was difficult to maintain any stereo image, so most of the drums from this time was fully mono-panned. Nevertheless, at this time, this was good enough for us and worked out nice.
We used a software called Audiomaster to sample the drums as AIF-files and then used them in Music-X.
